Reduce or prevent neck Pain

This Pilates class is designed to help reduce or prevent neck pain while improving posture, strength, and flexibility. Through gentle, controlled movements, you’ll strengthen the deep core and upper back muscles that support the neck and spine, helping to release tension and encourage better alignment.

The session also includes mobility and stretching work to improve flexibility and ease stiffness throughout the body. Suitable for all levels, with modifications provided, this class focuses on mindful movement and postural awareness to support long-term neck and spinal health, leaving you feeling looser, stronger, and more balanced.
