Abdominal Core plus a little for the arms
This Pilates class focuses on the abdominals with a little upper body work to support overall strength, tone, and stability. You’ll begin by engaging the deep core muscles through controlled, foundational exercises before gradually progressing to more challenging variations.
Light upper body movements are included to help improve posture, shoulder stability, and overall balance. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided, this session encourages mindful movement, core control, and alignment, helping you build strength safely and effectively while improving body awareness and full-body integration.
