Core and whole body express class

This Intermediate Pilates class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and tone your entire body.

Using controlled, flowing movements, you'll challenge your core, posture, balance, and overall body awareness while developing muscular endurance and stability.

Suitable for those with previous Pilates experience, this session offers a moderate level of challenge with options to modify exercises as needed. If you have neck discomfort or a history of neck issues, any upper abdominal exercises can be omitted without compromising the benefits of the class. Enjoy a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and energised.
