This upper body Pilates class is designed to improve strength, posture, and muscular endurance using hand weights suited to your own level, or without weights if preferred. You’ll work through a series of controlled exercises targeting the arms, shoulders, upper back, and core, helping to build stability and enhance alignment.
Focus is placed on quality movement, breath, and control to support better posture and functional strength. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify throughout, this class allows you to progress at your own pace while developing a stronger, more balanced upper body.
