Service Description
Aims: • Pilates during pregnancy is a great way to enhance your posture, build strength, maintain your wellbeing • Pregnancy and post natal pain can be helped through these safe and effective exercises • To strength your pelvic floor muscle control to prevent incontinence • Improve postural awareness • Strengthen abdominal and gluteal muscles to support and stabilise the pelvis and spine • Helps with relaxation and in turn reduce your pain. • Maintains effective circulation to aid with swelling • Reduces risk of abdominal separation • Reduces lower back pain and pelvic girdle pain • Reduces swelling and fluid retention • Helps with a faster postnatal recovery • Remain active during pregnancy • Regain and maintain good pelvic floor activation and abdominal strength post natal. • These session can be arranged in the comfort of your own home • All equipment will be provided Additional Costs £40 for 1:1 £70 for 2:1 (£35 each) £90 for 3:1 (£30 each) £100 for 4:1 (£25 each)
